inZOI is almost here and if you love simulation games, then this article is definitely for you! After being hit with a delay, inZOI will be finally released in Early Access on March 2025 and I couldn’t be more excited about that!!!

I don’t know if you are ready to hear that but the new upcoming life simulation game from Krafton uses AI technology, and this alone is a big game changer! Imagine being able to play a completely realistic simulation game with an impressive level of detail, and recreate everything with the help of AI from floors to wallpapers, clothing, etc. That’s mindblowing!!!
You will also be able to use your phone while playing (yes you read that right) and use another new technology that the game introduces called facial capture. This technology captures your facial movement from your phone camera, implementing it into your in-game character. That is so exciting, right?!
That’s not all though, there are more extremely unique features inZOI has to offer, like a realistic driving system, modding, and 3D printer mode. Let’s analyze them though, one by one.
Gameplay
The gameplay of inZOI is similar to The Sims‘. However, it will have some great advantages compared to that! From what we’ve seen, there will be a huge range of day-to-day activities like working in a convenience store or hanging out at an internet cafe.
There will also be an in-game messaging system. There, you will get notifications on your phone when someone wants to meet up with you, or when a new family has moved into the city.
Of course, singing, playing a musical instrument, painting, reading, watering flowers, playing arcade games, working out, and other similar activities, are also included in the game.
A 3D print feature will also be included in the game. This feature will allow players to create real-life items and place them straight into the game by adding pictures from their PC into the game.
Game’s Future Roadmap
Krafton already has a plan in place for how the game is going to expand after launch. There will be a karma system, which can provide your Zois with good or bad attributes depending on your performance. So your actions in-game matter and you could face serious consequences further down the line, depending on your choices!
They will also add a city-editing tool. This will let you edit various aspects of your city, from the weather to how clean or dirty the streets are. I mean, how freaking exciting is that!!! Finally, a game that will satisfy our creative souls!
There will also be a driving feature in the game. You will be able to drive your car or get hit by one! So again, every action matters! And I love that!
Modding support is planned for inZOI. We don’t know when this will be added to the game, but we know that Krafton is working to make the process as smooth as possible for potential modders, and we can’t thank them enough for that!
Character Creation
First things first! Character creation in inZOI is next level! So far, we have seen some very detailed customization when creating an inZoi character. The level of realism is exceptional and offers an amazing experience whilst creating your in-game character.
Imagine being able to recreate your friends, family, or even your favorite celebrity!!! I know… this is mindblowing (screams from excitement!!!).
INFO: More tools and options are expected to be added when the game is ready for release.
The character creation options will offer over 250 options(!) including age, name, body type, outfit, and more, with the ability to select from a range of colors, accessories, and art. I know, I know, you are speechless too.
When does inZOI release?
Originally, the game was expected to be released in late 2024. However, Krafton announced a new release date for inZOI since they decided that they had to continue working to improve the game. So now inZOI is expected to be released on March 28, 2025.

NOTE: This is an early access release, so areas of the game may be unpolished, and entire features may be missing. But they will be added over time until the full game comes out.

Platform Availability
inZOI is going to be released for PC first and a console release is expected to follow. After they have confirmed it over Discord, these platforms will be both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
NOTE: The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S release, will happen after the early access has ended and we don’t know when exactly this will be.
Can you pre-order inZOI?
No, inZOI will not be available for pre-order.
