If there’s anything to be said about Batman: Arkham Knight, is that Rocksteady Studios did a great job designing the game. With a rainy and dark mood, Gotham City feels more dangerous than ever before, and its only hope is the superhero that, this time around, has an angrier and more extreme suit to fight crime.
As always, I’ve used Batman: Arkham Knight’s Photo Mode feature to take all the shots and basically hide all the options and menus that are presented to players. It took some time until I was able to produce higher-quality shots, with the Photo Mode being a bit more difficult to handle than other games.
You’re also limited when it comes to freely moving away from the character, with their tool constantly focusing on Batman rather than any other part of the scene. That was mostly the biggest issue for me, as I wanted to freely move the camera a whole lot further, zoom in, and add some background bokeh, but the game refused every single time.
That’s alright though because I managed to take some great shots that look great as wallpapers and get you into the gaming mood almost instantly.
