The Wolf Hunting Contest in Throne and Liberty is one of the first low-level events for players between levels 8-11, and it’s only accessible in Peace Mode. Players will have to take part in the event if they want to complete the quest and keep progressing through the story.
The Wolf Hunting Contest’s backstory
It was established to honor the hero Henry, who famously defeated the beast Iskale. The event is held in the Blackhowl Plains and is supported by Lord Hobs, creating a spectacular scene with hundreds of players gathering together and competing with each other.
The contest not only serves as a way to unwind and earn rewards but also keeps the memory of Henry alive through this annual tradition.
What is the Wolf Hunting Contest?
The Wolf Hunting Contest in Throne and Liberty is a dynamic PvE event that takes place in the Blackhowl Plains. Players need to hunt wolves, collect Wolf Tails, and deliver them to designated campsites.
The event happens every three hours and lasts around 20 minutes.
There’s a five-minute preparation period before the hunt begins, and depending on your performance, you can earn various rewards such as Magic Powder, Sollant, Activity Points, and Tasty Food Selection Chests. Your rank in the contest determines the quality and quantity of rewards you receive.
It’s a fun way to compete with other players, earn some valuable items, and enjoy the game’s dynamic event.
When does the Wolf Hunting Contest start?
Although the event runs every three hours, it’s required for all players to be at the right spot at the right time to take part and complete the whole event.
To do so, simply open your Map and take a look at the left side of your screen, which shows when each event will start.
We had to wait up to 2 hours until the event started, but we chose to use this time to level up even more, upgrade our skills, weapons, and armor, and kill more wolves faster and easier. Each event starts at a specific time, so make sure to check your map every now and then.
