Have you ever imagined being trapped in an apocalyptic world where survival is your only option? Well, Permafrost puts us in this frozen reality and brings the hardness of survival in front of our eyes. Get ready to challenge yourself in this upcoming survival game, because eternal winter and temperatures below zero are here to stay.

Game Overview

The year is 2035, and you have survived an apocalyptic cataclysm that brought a new ice age. Everything is covered by ice, and humanity’s existence is hanging by a thread since billions of people have died and only a few survived. Among them, of course, you are also one of the survivors.

As the protagonist, you are trying to adapt to the perpetual winter by scavenging for resources. There is no communication and survival became paramount. With the companion of a rescue dog, that will not only become your best friend but will also provide you with a lot of help in this cruel frozen reality.

In your constant battle for adaptation and survival, you will face nature’s dangers such as wild animals and deadly cold zones. You will find more survivors as you explore the open world and you will have to face moral dilemmas as you decide between rebuilding society or seizing power.

Game Features

Permafrost offers amazing game features, here are some of them:

• Hunting and Gathering: Survive this harsh environment by hunting animals, and gathering wood, berries, rock, and other ”gifts” that mother nature offers you.
• Crafting: Crafting weapons, armor, and essential tools will become your everyday life as you learn to adapt to these new conditions.
• Manage resources: From wood to rock, from batteries to old clothes and ropes, you will need to think smart and manage your resources, because they are not unlimited.
• Building: Build your shelter to keep you warm and safe, restore buildings, and even create new living spaces for you and others.
• Cold Zones: Explore cold zones that will offer you valuable loot and will test your limits.
• Companion Dog: Your faithful companion, the dog, will alert you if there is something wrong going on, hunt for resources, and will also help you carry extra items for you.
• Multiplayer Co-op: You can play solo or with up to 4 of your friends and survive the permafrost together.
• Exploration: In this challenging open world, you get to explore the frozen remnants of civilization and unravel the mysteries of the past.
